Middle School Language Arts Department

Mrs. Hull:

My name is Rebecca Hull and I have been teaching for 10 years. This is my third year teaching middle school language arts and my second year teaching Teen Leadership at Skyline Ranch, and I LOVE it! A little bit about me: I am from Seattle, WA., I have two amazing boys Nathan, who just

graduated from Poston Butte and Dallin, who is  a Jr. at PBHS. Some of my favorite things are traveling, reading, watching movies, spending time with my family, and Dr. Pepper. I am excited to be a part of your child’s education and strive to create a learning environment that is positive, encouraging, motivating and safe. I am excited for another wonderful year as a Bulldog!

Ms. Tyler:

This is my third year at Skyline Ranch as an English Language Arts (ELA) teacher for grades 6th-8th. Prior to Skyline Ranch, I have taught 12 years as an ELA teacher for grades 9-12 with General Education, Special Education, and At Risk students. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Education with a minor in Literature from Buffalo state College (SUNY), where I was also a student of Native American studies completing part of my student teacher requirements at the Jicarilla Apache Reservation in Dulce, New Mexico. Besides teaching I love spending time with my two daughters, caring for our pets, playing guitar, reading and listening to music.

Ms. Culley:

My name is Phaedra Culley, and I am excited to start my second year here at Skyline Ranch!

Just a little bit about me: I am married, I have 4 kids (my two daughters are now young adults), I have one son who is a junior in high school, and my other son is a freshman. I am passionate, excited and committed; especially when it comes to kids and their education. Success is important, and so is empowerment. I do my best every day, and I expect the same from all of my students. Skyline Ranch’s mission is also mine: Our mission is to Ensure that ALL students receive the extra time and support needed to achieve at a high level…
